Day to day, the company will provide you with 3-5 leads per day of interested customers. Your job will be to make contact and book in appointments with the customers to begin the sales process. You will answer all questions they have on the company's offerings, discuss with them the benefits of Solar & Battery Systems, calculate potential savings that the customer could expect, and carry out basic surveys on Google Earth to estimate the roof size, which direction facing the roof is, and roughly how many panels could fit on the roof. Sales Consultants will utilise phone, email, and messaging platforms to engage with potential clients who have made enquiries, providing them with insightful information about our products and services to quickly build trust.
The role will require excellent telephone manner and confidence to persevere with contacting customers until you are successful. Candidates with a Tele-Marketing or Call Centre background would be ideal for this role, and solar sales experience would be an advantage.
