- Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm)

Your Responsibilities
As a valued member of the team, you’ll:
- Handle junior lease work and a broad spectrum of commercial property matters.
- Manage transactions for freehold and leasehold properties in diverse sectors (offices, shops, farms, warehouses, factories, and more).
- Negotiate and draft commercial leases and tenancy agreements.
- Support residential and commercial estate development projects.
- Provide expert advice on planning applications and manage appeals where necessary.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience: Solicitor with 0-5 years PQE.
- Skills: Strong drafting and communication abilities.
- Mindset: A team-oriented professional with a client-centric approach.
