Solicitor - Childcare
An opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Solicitor to join a Local Authority team in West Yorkshire.
As Childcare Solicitor, you will manage a busy caseload and advise client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare Law. You will join a large, collaborative team with a strong emphasis on mentorship, where your growth and well-being are as important as the quality of your work.
Whilst previous local authority experience would be an advantage, we are also open to candidates with a private practice or in-house background from a different sector, who’d like to explore a career within Local Government.
The role:
- Manage a varied caseload of childcare matters
- Advise client departments on Childcare Law
- Attend Committees, bodies or panels as may be required
About you
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx with Childcare experience
- Caseload can be tailored to accommodate all levels of experience
