Aspiria Recruit are proud to be partnering with one of the top law firms in the country, who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join their successful Construction team. This role will focus on non-contentious matters, where you will have the opportunity to manage a varied and interesting caseload. You will also have the opportunity to support and develop junior members of the team as well as having a clear progression pathway.
The team acts for a wide range of clients on a varied portfolio of projects spanning sectors including retail, energy, and finance. This is an opportunity to get involved in high quality, complex work, building a really firm foundation in construction and engineering contracts and to gain valuable experience.
This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. There are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set. The team will support and actively encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors as well as nurturing and extending existing client relationships.
You will be based in a supportive and friendly team, and be able to work closely with the firm's partners and other lawyers within the team and beyond, giving you a more rounded perspective. You will be involved in a variety of work and will have the opportunity to build your expertise in a number of key sectors. You will be joining a team with a genuinely national approach, so although you will have a “base” location, you will have the opportunity to work with the full wider non-contentious construction team.
Skills and experience sought:
Associate or Senior Associate level lawyer, with experience within non-contentious construction matters
Circa 3+ PQE
A dynamic, credible and enthusiastic approach
Someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills
