Solicitor – Employment

Responsibilities: Proactively manage own matters: Investigations, Transformation projects (including reorganisations, restructures, outsourcing, etc.) and Litigation. Lead on larger transactions and cases. Communicate effectively with clients. Contribute towards business development strategy of the team by supporting campaigns, attending and presenting at client seminars and developing their own contacts within organisations. Experience advising on large scale restructuring and outsourcing projects, senior exits and Board level disputes and high value Employment Tribunal litigation. Strong academic record and intellectual capability. Good legal skills and a genuine interest in the needs of the client. An ability to think laterally and identify related issues and problems. A confident and professional manner.
