MFK Recruitment are lucky enough to be working with a major regional law firm who are now seeking an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer to cover both Residential and Commercial.
Their Property Litigation team is renowned for its expertise in handling complex property disputes and providing practical, solutions-oriented advice to a diverse range of clients.
What is the role?
The role will involve managing a diverse caseload, including property litigation, contentious probate, contract disputes, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant issues. You will represent both individual and corporate clients, acting for claimants and defendants. A passion for business development is essential, with an expectation to contribute to the firm's broader marketing initiatives and team efforts. While supervision and mentoring will be available, you should be comfortable working independently and managing your own varied caseload. What are we looking for?
A clean driver's license is required, with the ability to travel between offices for client meetings when necessary. A qualified Solicitor or FILEX with a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning experience in Property Litigation, covering both Residential and Commercial matters.
