We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solicitor with expertise in Fraud and Casualty to join our dynamic team. You will handle a broad range of matters involving fraud detection, personal injury claims, and casualty-related litigation, primarily for insurance sector clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex cases, demonstrates a high level of integrity, and has a passion for delivering high-quality client service. Responsibilities

Handle a mixed caseload of fraud and casualty claims, including motor and liability claims, from inception to resolution. Draft, negotiate, and manage litigation processes, and represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement discussions. Investigate and assess fraudulent claims, working closely with forensic experts and using innovative detection techniques. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear legal guidance and updates on case progression. Work alongside experienced partners, associates, and paralegals within the Fraud and Casualty team to achieve client objectives and team goals. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring ethical conduct in all cases. What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. 2+ years PQE with a background in Fraud and Casualty litigation, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of fraud detection methods, insurance principles, and casualty claims. Desirable Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze complex information and assess risk. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent clients and manage stakeholder relationships. A collaborative approach with a commitment to contributing to team success. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple cases concurrently, and adapt to evolving client needs. What we offer?
