What you’ll be working on You will handle your own portfolio of pursuer injury claims, both pre-litigation and litigated. You will have a strong focus on generating fee income and contributing to the general success of the team. Day-to-day Delivering excellent client care to our clients who have suffered from a traumatic and life-changing event. Instructions and meetings with clients and expert witnesses. Analysis of evidence and research of legal issues on liability, causation, and quantum. Drafting documents including statements, pleadings, and all court documents. Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation. Optimising your client’s settlement. You should apply if You have excellent communication skills including negotiation and objection handling. You can work with various software systems, case management systems, and have good knowledge of Excel and Word. You have good attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Even better if You’re confident developing your professional profile and that of Minster Law Scotland within the personal injury field.
