As a key member of the RTA team, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert advice and achieving successful outcomes for clients. Managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims. Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence. Conducting legal research and case analysis. Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and personal injury law. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client-care skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
