The Role You will manage a varied caseload, including: Drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Trusts, and Deeds of Variation. Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration. Creating and administering trusts. Providing tailored advice on complex client needs, often in collaboration with other teams. About You You are a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (with a Practising Certificate) with: 3-5+ years PQE
and a solid background in drafting and advisory work. Strong IT and case management skills. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a keen understanding of risk management. Confidence in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. Additional Skills (Desirable but Not Essential) Experience in estate and tax planning advice. Membership of STEP or SFE.
