This role requires experience of applying for and managing deputyships, personal injury, wills trusts, and advising a trust corporation and lay clients. This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the Manchester office depending on what is right for you and your clients. What experience are we looking for? A knowledge of Court of Protection property & affairs work including managing files prior to the settlement of personal injury litigation. Experience of statutory will and other relevant Court of Protection applications including drafting applications and all supporting documents. Experience of advising on LPA. An understanding of funding streams for packages of care including continuing health care and local authority funding. Knowledge of relevant personal taxes, benefits, and other matters connected to personal finances. Experience of PI trust set up and management desirable.
