to join our Glasgow office to work with public liability, RTA, and employer liability claims. This position is full-time (35 hours per week) with the successful firm offering attractive benefits and career progression opportunities. Key Responsibilities Maximise income per case through recovery of damages to include hire, repairs, recovery and storage; Prepare and conduct the case thoroughly ensuring the ingathering of all requisite evidence; Deliver a level of Client Care in accordance with service level agreements; Report issues, problems and compliance breaches in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management; Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used; Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it.
