Practice areas include M&A, investment rounds, commercial contracts, IP & data privacy, along with employee ownership transitions and joint ventures. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 1-year PQE and experience in corporate would be ideal. The firm supports an agile working environment offering great benefits. This leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Aberdeen. The firm is one of the largest in the country and its dedicated team provides legal support to a diverse client base on litigation, arbitration commercial dispute resolution and ADR matters. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and can expect to play a key role in the growth of the business. Core tasks will include: Advise clients on dispute resolution with a commercial approach. Work with corporate, professional, and high net worth clients. Handle complex issues with tight deadlines. Represent clients in courts and arbitrations. Supervise and support junior team members. Maintain effective client relationships and support business development. The ideal candidate for this position will have between 2-6 years’ PQE with previous experience in commercial litigation. Good knowledge of court and tribunal procedure, particularly jurisdiction, is desirable. Our client, a successful law firm which is one of the largest in Northeast Scotland, is currently recruiting a Lawyer to join its Private Client Team in Aberdeen. This position has arisen due to an increase in workload, and the firm is keen to speak with ambitious individuals at the NQ-5 PQE level. The work will be engaging and will involve all aspects of private client matters including powers of attorney, executry estates, wills, wealth planning, tax and asset protection. The ideal candidate should possess prior experience in this field, along with a compassionate and empathetic demeanour. This well-established law firm is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy property practice in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, or Aberdeen. The team handles a broad range of interesting cases across all aspects of property law. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE and a strong background in Commercial Property matters. You will be expected to manage a range of real estate transactions and services for an established and growing client base, from wealthy private individuals to major institutional investors.
