I'm currently supporting a Legal 500 and Chambers UK ranked law firm as they look to add a Private Client Solicitor to the team in Surrey.
The ideal candidate will be 2+ years PQE and have a proven track record as a fee earner within Private Client / Private Wealth. I would still encourage you to apply if you have less than 2 years experience.
As the Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney.
Private Client Solicitor Responsibilities:
Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and vulnerable clients on complex legal matters. Provide clear, empathetic guidance to clients during sensitive situations. Develop lasting client relationships and play an active role in business development. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal standards. Fee earning. What Could Set You Apart?
