Our client has a vacancy for an enthusiastic Solicitor to join their Property Litigation team. They deal with a broad range of clients including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial and residential.
We are looking for applications from NQ solicitors or solicitors with up to 4 years PQE. Ideally, the candidate will have some experience of social housing and commercial landlord and tenant work.

Adverse possession claims Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants Advising on private nuisance and trespass Dilapidations Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
