An award-winning law firm in Surrey is looking for someone to join their Residential property team on a permanent basis.
As the Residential Solicitor you will be responsible for a range of different caseloads that will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages and more.
The ideal candidate will already have a couple of years' experience in this role or very similar, where you have experience managing your own caseload.
Residential Solicitor key responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
Provide expert legal advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds.
Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Keep abreast of changes in property law and market trends to provide informed guidance.
Business development and marketing.
