The role: We are seeking to appoint a Solicitor in our Residential Conveyancing department. In this role, you will manage and run efficiently all types of transactional files including those of a complex nature from initial instruction through to completion. What makes this role great? Our Residential Conveyancing Solicitors facilitate smooth property transactions, ensuring legal compliance and protecting clients' interests, which can have a positive impact on their lives. The workload involves a range of legal and financial tasks. Every transaction is different, offering a variety of challenges and the opportunity to continuously learn. The field of property law is constantly evolving with new regulations and market trends. This requires continuous professional development, keeping your skills and knowledge up to date making the role sufficiently challenging and engaging. You: To be successful for this role we require; A minimum 3 years experience of managing a high volume residential Conveyancing case load Experience of using a case management system Experience in all types of residential Conveyancing including leasehold and shared ownership The Team: Our conveyancing team are accredited members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
