The Role: This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join the firm's dynamic office in Wakefield. As a personable and motivated professional, you will build upon the firm's strong local presence and established client base, which includes high-net-worth individuals. You will independently manage a diverse caseload of sale and purchase matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, from file opening to completion. The firm is committed to your professional development. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years' PQE. Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
