Solicitor/Conveyancer – Residential Property 2-5y PQE
Location: North London
Remuneration: dependent on experience
A boutique law firm in London, with several offices across the city, is looking to hire an associate solicitor to join their residential property department. The firm's team is especially well-known for its work in commercial and residential property. The salary is dependent on experience, plus benefits.
Responsibilities:
Taking on matters within the property department, with cases and transactions including (but not limited to) freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-financing and transfers of equity.
Managing own case load and building your own work and building contacts with local agents/referrers.
Obtaining regular positive feedback from clients, colleagues and referrers.
Taking on responsibility within a close-knit team and helping to teach trainees and paralegals.
Requirements:
Two to five years PQE within the residential property department
Good academics (2:1 or 1st class undergraduate degree)
