ROLE:
Sills & Betteridge Solicitors is seeking a dedicated Family Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our office in Lincoln/Gainsborough! As a crucial member of our team, you will represent clients in various care and private children law matters.
Your typical day-to-day duties may include:
Assisting with the development of the department
Achieving both individual and team financial targets, as agreed with the Department Head
Ensuring that all business opportunities are dealt with professionally and promptly
Ensuring that SRA regulations regarding competency are consistently kept up to date
ABOUT YOU:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive
Have strong knowledge of legal care work, procedures and relevant legislation
Have the ability to undertake your own Advocacy (as far as possible)
Have a positive and proactive approach to both clients and staff
