– Basingstoke, Hampshire The Role Do you have experience managing Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning? Do you have the skills to handle complex cases and support others in the field? Clarke & Son, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Solicitor and a Senior Solicitor for their Wills & Estate Planning team. In this role, you will manage Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning cases, providing expert legal advice and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning matters. Provide high-quality legal advice to clients. Mentor and support junior solicitors and trainees. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development of the Wills & Estate Planning team. Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with relevant experience in Wills and Estate Planning.
