Job Responsibilities As our new Solution Architect - Data Centers, you will run, identify, define, and quantify new business opportunities for our innovative drive solutions in the data center cooling markets. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to: Identify applications and new business opportunities with focus on drive solutions. Develop compelling value propositions in close collaboration with our commercial business development managers. Initiate and co-create innovative drive solutions with customers. Identify business opportunities with focus on drive solutions and co-engineer with our drive application specialists. This includes developing prototypes and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of system integration and testing. Translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences. Visit and meet internal and external partners, to respond to product/solution inquiries. Possess the competencies needed to comprehend and communicate the technical and value of our products and solutions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop sales and customer communications. To be successful in this position , you need to have at least 5 years of experience within design engineering or automation in data center infrastructure and HVAC applications, and we expect that you hold an appropriate technical degree (e.g., in Electrical Engineering). You are a strong problem solver and strategic thinker, who prefers to be well organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders. You define yourself as curious, a self-starter, and a continuous learner. You are able to collaborate across teams and various cultures in a matrix organization.
