Solution Consultant Job Description:

We are currently looking to add to our amazing Intacct team! We are looking to add a Solution Consultant to support our customers as a trusted advisor across every stage of their journey with Sage.

You will be responsible for diagnosing customer challenges and identifying how Sage’s solutions and services can address these to deliver business value at multiple levels. This role will leverage a robust Finance domain knowledge.

Once we’ve identified value, the SC then brings Sage Intacct to life, in the form of product demonstrations, presentations, and supporting written information and proposals. Ultimately, the SC creates confidence in Sage, reinforces win themes, and alleviates concerns.

You’ll need to be curious by nature, driven, enjoy having goals that stretch you, thrive on change, and love working as a part of a team. You must be highly comfortable communicating effectively at all levels, have credibility and presence, and exercise good judgment. Relentlessly high standards are a must. This is a hybrid role – three days per week in one of our UK offices. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for:

Uncovering the customer’s business needs and decision criteria and aligning these with the capabilities of Sage Intacct by developing and delivering high impact value-based presentations and demonstrations of Sage’s solutions/services. Support team members across multiple disciplines in the production of high-quality responses to RFx documents (e.g., Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal etc.) which articulate our capabilities and the benefits of Sage’s proposed solution. Work collaboratively within a cross-discipline industry aligned team to deliver against go-to market plans and deliver an assigned budget. Support opportunities to attract new customers and pipeline extension through developing individual professional presence and trusted advisor status (e.g., industry events, webinars). Leverage domain and product insights to build rapport and credibility with customers to rapidly develop a trusted advisor status. Minimum Requirements:

You demonstrate highly tuned oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. You bring previous presales / solution consulting experience within Finance or a specific associated discipline (e.g., Accounting). You have strong Finance commercial acumen and practice knowledge, and can connect Sage’s solutions and services to these practices to build value for customers transitioning from tactical to strategic operational models. You can operate under tight time constraints working collaboratively in a cross-discipline, industry aligned team, supporting multiple opportunities simultaneously. You are starting to develop a personal brand, professional presence, and industry network. You build rapport readily and easily. You use insight to create questions to uncover customer needs. You are relentlessly curious to uncover our customers' business goals, challenges, and KPIs. You are eager to learn and develop and enjoy working as part of a team. Location:
