The Role You will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the strategy, structure, and processes necessary to drive the success of the Solutions Consulting team at Thingtrax. You will be the interface between the sales team and the technical team, working collaboratively to understand client needs, design comprehensive solutions, and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities Solution Design: Work closely with the sales team to build innovative solutions that address client challenges and drive value, incorporating both technical and commercial considerations. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, partnering with them to understand their unique needs and translating those into impactful solutions. Presentations: Create and present engaging demos for customers which illustrate the value of our solutions, potential ROI and ease of implementation. Technical Sales: Work closely with our technical teams to ensure that any specific technical questions and queries that arise through the sales process can be answered. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the client engagement and sales lifecycle. Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance Thingtrax's solutions and offerings. Qualifications: Experience: +3 years of progressive experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or similar role within the technology sector. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, IIoT technologies, data analytics, and industrial processes; ability to bridge technical concepts with commercial considerations. Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, translate vision into action, and drive results. Client-Focused: Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to establish rapport, uncover client needs, and translate those needs into innovative solutions. Collaborative: Adept at working cross-functionally and fostering collaboration among different teams to achieve shared objectives. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
