Support the sales team:

Be the technical expert supporting the team during the sales process, to answer the most technical questions of the customer and their engineering team. Collaborate with Partners:

Serve as the liaison between our platform and partners, ensuring seamless integration of Kulipa's systems into their workflows. Develop Core Solutions:

Work closely with the backend team to design scalable APIs and systems that streamline partner onboarding and support. Drive Innovation:

Empower third-party wallets and other partners to unlock new functionalities by leveraging our platform in innovative ways. Technical Advocate:

Address integration issues, provide ongoing technical support, and act as the primary technical point of contact for partners. Customer Feedback Loop:

Collaborate directly with partners to identify challenges and communicate them to internal teams, aiding in refining the product roadmap. Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in software development or working with technology partners, ideally in the fintech sector. Technical Understanding:

Familiarity with programming (e.g., Java, Python, or C++) and experience working with APIs and system integrations. Problem-Solving Skills:

Proven ability to tackle challenges and find effective solutions. Communication Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaboration & Relationship-Building:

Ability to work well with internal teams and external partners to drive projects forward. Flexibility & Adaptability:
