Position Summary Why join our team? The role is located in the Samsung Networks Europe’s (SNE) team of Mission Critical Solution delivery. The team is determined to enter the Public Services domain in Europe with our market leading portfolio of products ranging from Device Clients, RAN, Core and MCPTX Application Services. The Solution Managers sit in the Solutions team under the leadership of the Technical Director and play a key role in SNEs mission as the team who interface directly with our customers to understand their current products and evolution needs and can explain the technical advantages and superiority of our solutions. Role and Responsibilities

You will lead the technical relationship for the development and lifecycle for MCPTX Client and SDK solutions and are the trusted adviser in all technical discussions with both internal/external partners and customers. Collaborating with internal team members to build the MCX Client feature roadmaps in accordance with customer requirements, Product evolution and 3GPP releases. Stay updated on the latest developments in the Critical Communications market and industry standards to maintain a strong technical knowledge. Lead design workshops and presentations on the MCX Client UI/UX to demonstrate the product functionality/benefits and establish effective user engagement relationships. Lead programme technical reviews such as PRM and TRM to present and explain new features benefits. Coordinate Feature Requests gathering all required details to enable R&D and commercial teams to develop timely and accurate responses. Collaborate with peer Solution Managers to regularly review the complete e2e ecosystem and ensure any limitation or risks which could affect performance or functionality is highlighted and resolved within the Program. Responsible for establishing excellent relationships with key influencers as well as decision makers and running the end-to-end process for device client products. What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: SC Clearance (valid current SC clearance is preferred but must be eligible for SC) A comprehensive background knowledge in 4G/5G Core technologies, in particular Voice/Video and Data services to users and applications. Extensive expertise of MCX Client applications and SDK solutions running on Android (GMS, Non-GMS and Android Go), iOS, Linux and Windows OS. Authority in UI/UX development techniques and optimising user Interaction journeys, Navigation menus and Notifications. Client app and SDK lifecycle management (coding, testing and deployment via OTA and EMM) while ensuring backward compatibility. Integration of device client SW into analytics solutions to gather reporting metrics for external analysis and reporting of SPI/KPI metrics. In depth knowledge of 3GPP specifications and Mission Critical features. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with written and spoken English. Ability to maintain high standards of work and remain adaptable to changes in a dynamic working environment. You have an Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecoms or any related field. You have validated experience in Android/iOS application development and SDK APIs in a similar or related position. Awareness of GCF and other testing standards for client certification. What does success look like?

Highly motivated and self-driven to understand technical issues and provide explanations suitable to the target audience. Coordinate and conduct design workshops to ensure all customer needs are included in the solution delivery plan and aligned with all stakeholders. Collaborate with PMO functions to deliver timely updates on project achievements and ensure any risks are categorised and resolved in the appropriate reports. Develop strong and effective working relationships with customers and partners. Skills and Qualifications
