We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and inspiring individual to join our 'Near Patient Care' team. As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to position our Near Patient Care Portfolio across Scotland. This will include leading on self blood glucose monitoring; development and implementation of our launch strategy for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and introducing our Near Patient Care (Glucose, Coagulation, HbA1c and NT ProBNP) devices to stakeholders within the region. As part of the Near Patient Care team, you will directly contribute to the Roche Diagnostics 10 year ambition to double patient access to novel, high-medical-value diagnostics solutions across all customer segments from Home to Hospital. Your key responsibilities Your main focus is in the delivery of the commercial strategy for Near Patient Care in Scotland and the Healthboards within. Understanding, navigating, and keeping current with NHS programs, to enable effective execution of commercial strategies. Stakeholder mapping and engagement with clinical and financial key opinion leaders across Primary and Secondary cares to maximise peer to peer influence and advocacy. Building a network of clinical and non-clinical advocates and ambassadors who can influence the uptake of the product portfolio and diabetes digital ecosystem. Supporting and training of healthcare professionals in the use of our diabetes solutions and Near Patient Care Devices. Who you are You enjoy working in a diverse, multicultural, fast paced environment and are eager to act as a catalyst for advancing novel products & digital portfolios for the benefit of those across Scotland. You hold a Bachelor’s Degree (business management, life sciences or nursing fields are preferred), other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degree is a plus. You have previous sales experience (experience in diabetes disease area is preferred but not essential). You possess proficient written and verbal communication skills in English. You have exposure to medical and market access topics and experience working cross-functionally.
