The successful Solutions Architect will have a passion for technology and everything that goes into creating great solutions. That includes code, software, products, platforms, people and processes. You understand how to use the latest engineering and architecture techniques, working with internal teams, vendors and partners alike to achieve the best outcomes.
What you will do
Develop the architecture & overall design for major/strategic projects in line with the output of the Enterprise Architects and providing the boundaries within which the engineering teams can subsequently deliver. Support, and actively participate in, robust governance processes relating to target and transition conceptual, logical and physical architectures for application/technology solutions. Facilitate the process of making Key Design decisions, ensuring that all key stakeholders can contribute to the process. Communicate the reasoning and implications of key architectural decisions to senior management stakeholders. Contribute to cross functional Design Working Groups to discuss, agree and communicate key design elements. Ensuring that the programmes, projects, and initiatives are aware of, and comply with, the documented Architectural governance processes. Provide mentoring and coaching for less experienced members of the Solution Architecture team.
A bit about you
An experienced Solutions Architect with demonstratable experience with design (e.g. methodologies, diagrams, analysis, specifications). Experience of working with Master Data Management systems, particularly for Customer data. Experience with large enterprise customer management architectures, particularly Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) systems. Demonstratable experience with Marketing Technology platforms (campaigns and personalisation). Previously worked with Analytics, Machine Learning and Business Intelligence.
