As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with customers, partners and sales teams providing technical engagements across a wide area of competencies to help drive new business. You will use your deep understanding of the product and the needs of clients, working with the Product and Engineering teams to improve the overall product experience. With existing customers, you will help to maintain a strong partnership to drive growth, greater adoption and deeper engagement across the Reality Labs & Client product landscape. You will also drive various initiatives to scale Reality Lab solutions and make them easier to adopt. Key Responsibilities:

Deeply understand Reality Labs products, architecture and integration components – become a Subject Matter Expert Engage customers and Channel partners to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of Reality Labs solutions, delivering customer pre-sales technical engagements Guide our customers and Channel partners implementations and technical growth, identify key system architecture components, propose and help clients build solutions that unblock deployments. Build strong technical relationships with existing customers and drive growth and adoption of Reality Labs and Our Clients products Enable Channel partners on Reality Labs solutions Troubleshoot technical issues “hands on” when required Create documentation and develop best practices to help both Our Clients and customers Engage with business, product and engineering teams to drive the success of Reality Labs products by providing customer feedback Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time Essential Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant or Partner/Sales/Solutions Engineer Experience communicating to technical and business audiences Knowledge of the enterprise software space and I.T. management areas such as device and mobile management Experience with identity, provisioning, security, networking and other aspects of successful software and hardware deployments in Enterprise environments including user management, authentication, MDM, SSO and SCIM solutions Knowledge of the web technology stack and supporting technologies (protocols, APIs) Preferred Experience: Experience with SaaS solutions Experience with AR/VR devices and solutions
