Tom Vigors Overview: Our client, a global Insurance firm, is currently looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join the team on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role would be hybrid working with the client site based in London. This Architect role forms part of a dedicated IT M&A Integration team that is responsible for the delivery of an international integration programme. The role will involve working on multiple projects to act as a hands-on Architect, providing design support as well as an element of engineering across on-premises infrastructure & Microsoft cloud technologies. Requirements: Experience and understanding of large infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments Experience working with Microsoft Azure Solutions Strong understanding of Cloud native architecture principles In-depth experience architecting complex Azure public/private Cloud platform solutions (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS) Responsibilities: Design and deploy Azure infrastructure for enterprise-level projects hosting business application services Work closely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirements are reflected appropriately in the Azure design Design, test, and implement application services migrations in both a manual and automated manner Collaborate with client operational resources to update their on-premise practices to include cloud Beneficial Experience: Insurance industry experience Business Mergers & Acquisitions experience Overseeing M365 architecture and Azure infrastructure across various projects Involvement in M365 tenant to tenant migration projects Infrastructure migrations If this role would be a good fit for your skills and experience, please apply!
