The Role

As a Solutions Architect you will assist in all technical aspects of a customer rollout specifically around the analysis of project requirements and development of a proposed solution. It is a flagship role and you will be the face of Hadean. You will need to work across all departments in the company combining the skillsets of solutions architect, delivery manager, trainer and account manager. The role will be to represent the customers' interests internally at Hadean and ensure that a customer is able to gain the best possible use out of our products. Deadlines are set by the customer and so a flexible approach to working hours will be needed. Key Responsibilities

Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and define solutions. Produce technical architecture proposals and scope projects. Design solutions that exploit existing features and product roadmap. Present solutions at all levels both internally and externally. Design and develop prototypes to support business development. Onboard and train customers by improving training material, running live sessions and giving feedback on customer code. Provide first line support for customers and drive defect resolution in engineering. Gather customer insight to define development objectives and feed into the product roadmap. Provide necessary information to sales to assess costs and navigate sales decision gates. Identify supplementary sales opportunities. Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Experience managing a customer interface and representing customer needs and problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a technical domain. Programming experience, ideally in C++, Rust or other Server-side programming language. Knowledge of distributed systems, network optimisation, runtime optimisation, memory management and multi-processor systems. Experience developing on Linux and Windows. Experience sharing knowledge through teaching and mentoring. Experience designing, documenting and communicating system architectures. Excellent time management skills with an ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities. Must be willing to undergo a BPSS and SC security check. Qualifications

MSc (2:1 and above) in a scientific/technical discipline. 2+ years working as a developer or similar. Job Benefits
