Immediate Requirement:
Solution Architect (Short-Term Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Business Architect. The ideal candidate will have a strong business design mindset and a proven ability to analyze and map client requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop use cases and operating models to support business transformation (Design Thinking experience preferred). Analyze business needs, define processes, and embed architecture practices into client projects. Clarify scope and shape projects to align with client objectives. Provide programme shaping and business case support for initiatives. Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively at all levels.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven expertise in business design, business architecture, and process definition. Experience in programme shaping and delivering business cases. Ability to develop and document operating models and processes. Background in Energy and/or Utilities sectors is highly desirable.
Location & Details:
Primarily home-based, with occasional travel as needed. Candidates based in the Thames Valley area (Reading/Maidenhead) are preferred.
