About the role As a Solutions Architect you will play a pivotal role within the team, with a primary focus on shaping the business strategy, ensuring designs are complete, and meeting established timelines. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: Solutions Design, Architecture Design and High-Level design of new OSS and BSS systems. Directly engage with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and offering effective solutions. Collaborate closely with project teams handling both Networks and Systems. Take charge of leading and orchestrating the programme of works, by working closely with the wider team to facilitate project delivery. Deliver consistent, professional, and timely communication at regular intervals. Skills & experience required for the Solutions Architect 10+ years’ experience working in an ISP or Telco environment. Experience in architecting solutions. Experience across OSS and BSS integrations. Experience liaising with stakeholders. Must be able to interface with both technical and non-technical customers.
