Role Overview:
As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our firm’s innovation and growth by leveraging advanced technology solutions. As a thought leader and advocate, you will ensure these solutions deliver transformative value, engaging with a diverse audience, from lawyers to clients and vendors, to illuminate the benefits of integrating technology into legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively contribute to the development and execution of our legal technology strategy.
Represent the firm at industry events, showcasing our achievements in legal.
Oversee both internally developed and externally sourced solutions, ensuring they meet the firm’s needs and standards.
Maintain and enhance relationships with external technology vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of new solutions.
Lead research and development activities focused on emerging technologies, conducting pilot programs to test new solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
In legal technology, innovation, or digital transformation within a law firm, legal tech provider, or technology consulting practice.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPlatform and other relevant technologies, such as document automation, AI, contract lifecycle management, and data analytics.
Vision:
A strong passion for the role of technology in the legal profession, with the ability to advocate and promote this vision to varied audiences.
