About The Role
Intercity Technology are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. Your primary focus will be to develop high-and-low level solution designs tailored to Managed Network and Managed IT environments. This is a customer facing role that requires collaboration with our Sales, Product and Operations teams to deliver solutions that are secure, supportable, and aligned with Intercity's strategy.
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Design tailored Managed Service Network Service and Managed IT solutions for new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the Sales team to consult on client needs and propose solutions that address business challenges.
Ensure all solutions meet security standards to protect customer data and align with Intercity service framework.
Work collaboratively with the Product Team, Sales Overlay, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery and management of services.
Manage customer expectations while meeting tight deadlines and timescales.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven track record and experience in a consultant/pre-sales role within a Managed Service provider or Service Integrator.
Strong technical knowledge of Managed IT/Network environments.
Hold relevant certifications in technologies such as Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco and Microsoft.
ITIL Foundation V4.
Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
Willing to travel nationally, with occasional overnight stays required.
