Solutions Consultant . Key Responsibilities
The
Solutions Consultant
is a technical team member supporting the account management team with a variety of technical aspects of the client relationship including identifying opportunities, planning, aligning the appropriate solutions, products and services, and the coordination and management of professional services engagements. The role will provide subject matter pre-sales expertise on varied software and hardware solutions within our current and growing portfolio of products. These include cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Google, and full awareness of Cyber Security concepts and best practices. Objectives for Role
Own the technical relationship and have regular communication and plan structured meetings with the client IT contact and key stakeholders to uncover & develop solution sales opportunities. Understand and analyse client business requirements and goals. Select, design and present best fit solutions that provide customer benefit and value. Create solution proposals, pricing & help develop a value proposition to strengthen the proposal provided to the end client. Be involved with the project lifecycle and assist with any post-installation issues. Build and maintain IT roadmaps for clients, ensuring these include all aspects of their environment and future projects that you discuss.
