Solutions Consultant
, you will be responsible for liaising directly with clients to provide seamless solutions to their technical problems. You'll work to drive and enhance the platform's capabilities while working to understand their customers' unique needs. This role will focus heavily on collaborating with the Software Engineers as you scope and gather customer requirements in order to deliver effective API solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Consultant / Engineer with a proven track record of successful delivery within client-facing SaaS settings to join a company that is on track to achieve some really big things! Required Experience: 4+ years' experience in a similar role (Solutions Consultant / Solutions Engineer / Technical Account Manager / Implementation Consultant) Experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments Client-facing delivery / implementation experience A technical understanding of APIs An understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript is desirable Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams Interview Process: 1st stage - Informal chat with the hiring manager 2nd stage - Panel interview (competency-based) 3rd stage - A final 'meet the team' interview (face to face) Important Notice: Both Leo Technology and the companies we partner with are incredibly passionate about building environments where people from all backgrounds and walks of life are embraced.
