We’re now looking for a Solutions Consultant to join us, adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
The Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will support the development of new business leads by writing technical solutions and producing both solution and strategy designs for clients.
Specifically, you will carry out presales technical audits and create technical proposals and demonstration sessions for clients using Microsoft 365, Azure, and other modern technology principles and systems/services (including but not limited to; Networking, server & infrastructure hardware and modern security technologies to name but a few).
Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in the continual improvement of our organisation by enhancing the methodologies and processes of our solutions architecture. About You
To be considered as a Solutions Consultant, you will need: Experience of setting up and maintaining business system networks based on MS technologies Experience in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 technologies and environments Experience in a technical support role The ability to plan, develop and document complex technical solutions The ability to work to deadlines and project scopes Strong presentation and customer service skills The Benefits
