Purpose of the Role:
The Solutions Delivery Manager will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the development and delivery of bespoke solutions to our clients. This position requires close collaboration with the Solutions Manager, Solutions Director, and the delivery team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Support Solution Design: Collaborate with the Solutions Manager and Solutions Director to support the design of tailored client solutions. Provide insights and technical feasibility assessments during the solution design phase. Manage the Build Cycle: Oversee the end-to-end build process of solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the delivery schedule or quality. Client Engagement: Review completed solutions with clients to confirm alignment with their expectations and objectives. Address any feedback and ensure client satisfaction during the handover process. Internal Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team and the Solutions Manager/Director. Facilitate clear communication and alignment across teams to streamline project workflows. Delivery Team Management: Lead and coordinate the delivery team to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure solutions meet client standards and internal benchmarks. Conduct post-delivery reviews to identify areas for improvement. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in managing solution delivery and build cycles. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
