Solutions Design Manager

on behalf of a well-established client within the logistics and manufacturing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to design and implement efficient warehouse and supply chain solutions that deliver results. Job Purpose

The Senior Solutions Design Manager will be responsible for creating, optimising, and managing warehouse solutions for both manual and automated operations. You will work closely with clients to deliver tailored designs and oversee projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

Design and optimise warehouse layouts and processes using tools such as SAP and CAD. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop practical solutions that meet operational needs. Drive process improvements within the supply chain, focusing on efficiency and cost-saving strategies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and to a high standard. Present detailed proposals and solutions to customers and senior stakeholders. Provide technical support to the business development team during client pitches. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to deliver high-quality results. What We're Looking For

Experience in warehouse design, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong knowledge of SAP systems, CAD software, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal. Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights. A proactive and organised approach to problem-solving and project management.
