Solutions Manager – Power Transformer and Bushing Monitoring

Full-time We are looking for a Solutions Manager / Product Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for our Power Transformer and Bushing monitoring applications.
By working closely with both the Commercial and Product Development teams, the Solutions Manager will enhance Monitra’s market position and global sales for our Power Transformer and Bushing monitoring solutions. Role and Responsibilities
Devise and drive the strategy for meeting sales performance targets for Power Transformer and Bushing monitoring solutions Identify new projects for Power Transformer and Bushing monitoring Support regional sales managers in negotiating relevant commercial discussions/ proposals Ensure the Commercial team has up-to-date sales-supporting material by working with the Marketing and Development teams Work with the Development team on Monitra’s Transformer and Bushing solutions – collate customer feedback into future development roadmap. Attend sales meetings and deliver presentations and demos as appropriate Must be legally authorised to work in the UK Qualifications
Expert knowledge of worldwide Power Transformer market Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and/or 7 years relevant work experience Confidence in executive sales environment Understanding of Transformer and Bushing condition monitoring marketplace Desire to own a product or strategic area and be responsible for commercial performance Strong track record of managing and building client relationships Benefits
