Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier Strong attention to detail Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills. Can do attitude and ability to multitask. Experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel desirable. WSET level 2 or above Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approx. 10 per year) THE PACKAGE:
