Are you looking for a role with flexibility that will offer you a chance to learn and hone your customer service and other professional skills?
The Castle School Education Trust is looking for a new team of Sports Centre & Lettings Duty Manager to join our dedicated lettings team.
This role is to support our community users of our school facilities outside of school hours. As such there is an expectation that working hours will include evenings and regular weekend shifts working with a team of leisure assistants to deliver our community programme across a 7 day week.
A typical week might include 1 weekend shift and 1 evening shift, plus some admin time and the ability to be flexible and available to support the team is essential.
Weekend shifts are typically mornings/daytime, however the occasional event may require some flexibility and weekend evening hours.
About Us
Our Lettings Services provide sport facilities including astro turf/3G pitches, sports halls, indoor studios and other halls or sports facilities. This is a commercial venture and is a revenue stream for the Trust but it also plays a vital role in building links with the local community by partnering with different groups enabling them to access our facilities.
About You
Experience of working in a similar role would be helpful but not essential, but exceptional customer service, eye for detail and organisational skills will be!
We can offer you:
Commitment to CPD and development of all staff
Commitment to inclusivity and fostering of diversity
Values and vision that are lived not laminated
Open and honest culture
