Sourcing Partner Location: London, UK. Hybrid. The Role : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sourcing Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for fulfilling a high ratio of vacancies received by allocated clients, with the aim of becoming a premium supplier and hitting client SLAs. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with client contacts, focusing on candidate attraction and sourcing. Key Responsibilities: Attract and assess top candidates. Shortlist and present candidates to clients. Keep stakeholders informed about the recruitment process. Ensure CVs are accurate and well-formatted. Use data to manage candidates from application to offer. Maintain contact with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction. Mentor junior team members. Identify and capitalize on future opportunities with clients. About You: Thorough understanding of the recruitment process and technology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite tools. Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Prior experience within the recruitment sector, particularly in audit/accounts, tax, HR and central services, technology, and financial services.
