What you will do
As the Sous Chef at the Inn, you will support the Head Chef to work closely with local suppliers and strive to deliver the highest quality locally produced meals to guests. The Sous Chef will take charge and oversee the kitchen when the Head Chef is off.
Skills and Experience required
Experienced as a Sous Chef or in a similar position
The ability to constantly perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
Creativity to assist in the creation of exceptional dishes
Ambitious individual
Knowledge and experience of kitchen processes, i.e., hygiene standards
