Kitchen Management:

Assist in the general running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of quality. Team Leadership:

Lead a team of chefs in cooking and preparing meals, checking food quality, and refining cooking techniques. Training & Development:

Train junior chefs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Menu Design:

Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and innovate menus that delight customers. Compliance & Hygiene:

Complete food hygiene documents to comply with legal requirements, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Establish strong relationships with all staff across various areas of the business. Supervision:

Oversee all food preparation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish. Positive Attitude:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in kitchen management and team leadership. Exceptional culinary skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for food quality. Ability to train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
