Excellent role in Luxury Hotel for Sous Chef
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this luxury hotel for a Sous Chef. Working under the guidance of the Executive Head Chef, you will run the kitchen serving all fresh food to AA rosette level. The role will invole preparing meals for the restaurant and lounge, weddings and events. The role is 4 days on, 3 off per week.

The Role
- Reporting to the Executive Head Chef you will manage the kitchen on a day to day basis in his absence
- Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service
- Strong Management skills
The Person
- You will already be a Sous Chef in a luxury 4* Hotel
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy all fresh food hotel kitchen
- Good attention to detail
- Ambitious and career orientated
