This restaurant is known for its genre-defining food that it helped introduce to London almost 3 decades ago. Both owners are chefs with an excellent reputation inside and outside this industry, with a number of successful cookbooks to their name. Work with the best produce around to create delicious dishes that reflect seasonality and remain true to the heritage of their roots. The owners are looking for someone who wants to join their team and stay for years to come. The kind of place where no one truly leaves and everyone is welcomed back - a real family feel! The owners would love to find a creative partner long-term, with menu collaboration involved in this role, so some prior experience in this style of cuisine would be a bonus but not essential. You will work closely with the owners to manage the day-to-day, from running services, training the team, ensuring food costs and GPs are on track, to managing the H&S compliance.
