This role supports the Head Chef in running the kitchen. You will help manage the team, delegate, and organize tasks and duties. You will also ensure all health and safety rules are followed and coach the Chef de Partie's on cooking techniques, dish presentation, and allergens. You will cook alongside the team, creating a variety of dishes and work across all areas of the kitchen, including banqueting, Afternoon Tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. What we look for:
Previous experience within a high volume kitchen, preferably in a leadership role Has a real drive to grow a career in the hospitality industry Demonstrates passion for excellence Empathetic and able to build relationships An open personality who is relaxed and natural in their interactions Has excellent communication skills and leadership potential Accurate with good attention to detail Can demonstrate commercial awareness within the context of their role Has previous experience within a similar environment What's in it for you?
