Hours of work: 7am - 3.30pm 5 days out of 7 including 2 x weekends a month, either one on/one off or two on/two off. Flexiblity available.
Free staff parking once Gatwick pass approved (usually within first 2 weeks)
Key responsibilities
- To ensure that food preparation, production and service is of a high
- standard and meets with customer satisfaction.
- To keep within company standards regarding the quality, quantity,
- consistency, presentation and delivery of all meals/dishes.
- To deputise duty kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef/Chef
- Manager.
- To ensure food offer is produced within necessary cost controls, as
- directed by the Chef/ Manager.
- To ensure that statutory and safe working practices are adhered to by all
- staff.
